The 2 Degrees Team was thrilled to be in attendance at the annual Coffee Fest Chicago this past week. This vibrant show is in its 65th iteration and is a fulcrum of sorts for the specialtycoffee industry. Attendees came from all corners of the US and manned 190 exhibition booths.

Make this on a weekend and have a slice for breakfast all week long. This recipe (inspired by Nourished Kitchen) is easily doubled. Serves 6 for breakfast.

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with the World Food Program USA. Established in 1961, The United Nations World Food Program (WFP) is the largest humanitarian organization fighting hunger world wide. Last year, WFP aimed to reach more than 90 million people in more than 70 countries with food assistance. 2 Degrees donations will be made through WFP to school lunch programs in Colombia and Myanmar.
